 Message Listing

The first page displayed after you log in is the Inbox Message Listing. All messages contained in your Inbox (or other folder, if you switch folders) will be listed in sortable columns: Subject, From, Date, and Size. From here you can mark messages as read, delete messages, move them to another folder, or cause one to be displayed in the Message View.

(Pro version only) If you are pooling mail from multiple POP mailboxes, you can choose to color-code them according to the mailbox from which they were collected. See the Mailboxes page for help on collecting from multiple mailboxes and color-coding messages.

Folder Information Bar
At the top of the Message Listing is the Folder Information bar. This bar lists:

Checking Your Email
WorldClient will automatically check your mailbox(es) for new messages at a prescribed time interval. You can set the interval on the Preferences page - reached by clicking Options on the Navigation bar. You can also manually check for new messages at any time by clicking Get Mail on the Navigation bar.

(Pro version only) To designate the mailbox(es) from which your mail will be collected, click Options and then Mailboxes.

You can select all messages at once by clicking Select All or the X above the column of checkboxes. You can Deselect All by clicking either of these options a second time.

Messages can be permanently deleted by switching to the Trash folder and following the Delete procedure, or clicking Empty Trash on the Navigation bar. Depending upon your particular account settings, messages contained in the Trash folder may also be deleted when you log out or a specific limit is reached. Contact your mail administrator to determine what size or number limitations (if any) may be applied to your account.

Mailbox Color Legend (Pro version only)
WorldClient can be set to collect mail from any number of additional POP mailboxes to which you have access. For example, you may have separate email accounts for home and work but wish to collect mail from both at once. When you have set up WorldClient to collect mail from multiple mailboxes (on the Mailboxes page in Options), the messages will be displayed in rows with differing background colors (also designated on the Mailboxes page). The Mailbox Color Legend reminds you what colors you have assigned to each mailbox name.
